Current Opportunities
HERS Rater I
This entry-level position will focus on HERS ratings for single family homes and providing support to other staff performing ENERGY STAR, Passive House, and Enterprise Green Communities consulting and verification for single family, multifamily, and commercial buildings.
Minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in design, construction, energy efficiency, engineering, or project management.
HERS Rater II
This position will focus on HERS ratings for multifamily projects, renovations, and projects seeking ENERGY STAR certification. The HERS Rater II position may also assist with green building certifications such as Enterprise Green Communities or Passive House.
Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a HERS rater.
HERS Rater III
This position will focus on consulting and field verification for residential, multifamily, and commercial buildings. This will include multi-fan blower door testing, HERS ratings, ENERGY STAR certification, and Passive House verification for multifamily and commercial projects.
Minimum of 3-4 years experience as a HERS rater.
