Office Manager
This 20-25 hour/week position will focus on managing the fiscal, HR, and facilities needs for Airtight Energy Consulting and The Commons Workspace.
Previous experience with fiscal, human resources, and/or facilities management; organized and detail-oriented.
HERS Rater I - II (Greater Boston)
We are seeking a Greater Boston-based HERS Rater to support Boston-area projects. This position combines hands-on field testing and inspections with energy modeling, plan review, and project coordination.
2 - 5 years in building design, construction, energy efficiency, or project management.
HERS Rater III / Passive House Verifier (Greater Boston)
This position will focus on consulting and field verification for residential, multifamily, and commercial buildings. This will include multi-fan blower door testing, HERS ratings, ENERGY STAR certification, and Passive House verification for multifamily and commercial projects.
Minimum of 3-4 years experience as a HERS rater.
